We are passionate about where our produce comes from and we ensure that there is clear trace-ability from farm to fork.
We source the majority of our produce from suppliers in the North of England or where we feel a producer is world class within the UK.
Our charcuterie comes from award winners including Lishman’s of Ilkley, Tempus Charcuterie and Staal Smokehouse in East Yorkshire who are some of the very best artisan producers in the country whose produce really wows us. Our cheese is sourced from suppliers who bring us some of the best cheese from within the UK and beyond.
